Come and learn about our exciting applied research project on Mapping Popular Music in Dublin! You are invited to participate in this important record of cultural life in the city, and take part in our workshop to make your own musical map of Dublin. The short and informal workshops are held at three intervals during the evening: 5.15pm, 6.45pm, and 8pm.
The evening includes live performances from Shane Latimer (guitar // electronics) and traditional Irish musicians, public talk on the 1916 Rising from Dr Daithí Ó Corráin (History Department), and guided tours of the new library building with breathtaking views of Dublin from the top-floor balcony.
